Privacy Policy

PresentMind is a trade name (DBA) of IWE VENTURES LLC. PresentMind and other IWE divisions are part of the same legal entity, so information may be accessible across those divisions when needed to operate the business. This internal access is not a disclosure to a third party.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. We collect information you provide to create and manage an account, such as your name, email address, login details, and subscription status.

Gift-planning content. We store the information you choose to add, including people, relationships, occasions, dates, gift ideas, notes, budgets, purchase status, and photos.

Usage information. We collect the limited technical information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot PresentMind, such as requests, errors, device or browser details, and security events. We do not use analytics or behavioral tracking.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and maintain PresentMind, authenticate your account, organize your gift plans, process billing, send requested service messages, respond to support and privacy requests, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed with service providers that help us operate PresentMind, including hosting and database providers, Stripe for billing, a print-on-demand fulfiller for tee orders, and an email delivery provider. These providers may use the information only to perform services for us.

We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of PresentMind.

4. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and you are responsible for protecting access to your email and account.

5. Your Privacy Choices

You may review and update information in your account, unsubscribe from app emails using the link included in those messages, request help with your information, or delete your account from the billing page. You may also contact us with an access, correction, or deletion request.

6. Data Retention

We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, we delete your account content subject to limited retention needed for legal, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, tax, and financial-record obligations, as well as routine backup cycles.

7. Children's Privacy

PresentMind is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided information to us, please contact us so we can address it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as PresentMind changes. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date when changes become effective. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email.
