PresentMind is operated by IWE Ventures LLC. By creating an account or using PresentMind you agree to these terms.

1. The service

PresentMind helps you record the people in your life, plan for gift occasions, and keep gift ideas. The public gift library is free to browse. The planner requires a paid subscription.

2. Subscription and billing

PresentMind has one plan at $9 per month, billed monthly in advance until you cancel. There is no free tier or trial. You can cancel any time from your billing page; access continues until the end of the paid month. Prices may change with notice before your next billing date.

3. 90-day money-back guarantee

90-day money-back guarantee on subscriptions: if you are not satisfied, contact us within 90 days of your first subscription payment and we will refund the subscription fees you actually paid. Milestone tees and promotional credits are not refundable, except for damaged, defective, or undelivered tees. See section 4 for full details. Request a refund from your billing page.

4. Refunds and guarantee

Money-back guarantee. PresentMind comes with a 90-day money-back guarantee on subscriptions: if you are not satisfied, contact us within 90 days of your first subscription payment and we will refund the subscription fees you actually paid.

Physical products are not refundable. Milestone tees are custom-made for you, so all tee sales are final — except as described below.

Credits have no cash value. Promotional credits, including the first-month credit bundled with a milestone tee purchase, are not refundable.

Example: You buy a $25 milestone tee, which includes a credit covering your first $9 subscription month, and later pay $9 for your second month. If you claim the guarantee, we refund the $9. The $25 tee and the first-month credit are not refunded.

Milestone tee bundle. Buying a milestone tee includes a credit covering your first subscription month. Your subscription is active from purchase, your card stays on file, and billing continues at $9/month after the credit month. This is a purchase incentive, not a free trial.

Damaged, defective, or undelivered tees. If your tee arrives damaged or defective, or never arrives, contact us and we will make it right — a replacement or a refund of the tee price, your choice.

5. Content standards

Our curation follows our values. We may remove or refuse any listing, suggestion, or content at our sole discretion if we determine it conflicts with these standards.

6. Your data

Your planner data is private to your account. You can delete your account at any time from the billing page, which cancels your subscription and permanently removes your data and photos.

7. AI suggestions

Gift Scout suggestions come from third-party websites and are saved as drafts for your approval. Prices and availability are estimates; check with the merchant before buying.
